On our first date, H and I bonded over our mutual love of pilates. Looking back, I'm surprised I took that news in stride but he really is a "manly" guy. He doesn't really do it regularly anymore, but he loved it for ab work and stretching.
In the classes I've taken, there is the occasional guy but the vast majority of them are women.
There's a guys-only class at the studio I go to. I've watched parts of it. They use tons of spring resistance & also do advanced TRX stuff. It looks crazy hard.
