Interest in adoption/fostering board?

How would one go about gauging the interest for an adoption/fostering board? I just brought it up in a TTTC post but obviously have a limited audience there. I've heard good things about adoption boards through other forums, but I wondered if there's a market for one here.

At this point, I'd likely be a lurker on such a board, if it existed here.
