I'm not sure about enlisted, but officers get a 2 year raise as well as rank up raises. I only know this because H got both of those this year.

We just went through this last year. It'll go up to over 2 years once he hits the two year mark. Then again at the 3 year mark and so on.

Budgeting longer term, there are generally small percentage raises at the beginning of each calendar year. I think 2013 is just over 1.5%.

Yes (if I'm understanding your question correctly).

There's the annual % increase that's applied across the board to all pay grades. We'll all get that at the beginning of January. If you look for the 2013 pay chart, it will have that increase included.

There's also the individual time in service increase for your specific grade. In your case, those raises just happen to only be about 4 months apart.

And discard my previous calculation on how much you'll get. I'm not sure I was looking at the right lines in the pay chart.
