Today is our first 100 degree day.
H and I went to his company picnic earlier and it was miserable.
We have the AC going and I don't plan on leaving the house again today.
I have no idea how anyone handles it being this hot on a regular basis.

I live in Memphis which is the heat and humidity capital of the world I think... its awful for sure. I also find that the older I get the less well I tolerate it... like I used to walk outside for exercise and now I cant imagine not going to the treadmill inside...

Okay, now I feel like less of a wuss. We're lounging on the couch with our Jimmy John's, ice cream, and movies. It took us forever to even pick something for lunch because all I could think about was wanting a cold, cold drink.
