I would gag, but I learned to hold the puke in and change fast. There were many times I thought I might pule on the changing table or floor next to it. Keep some gallon sized ziplocs there just in case. I took zofran but it did nothing for me, you could call and ask your OB for some. Phenergan actually helped, but knocked me out, so I could only take it if DH was home or my mom came over to help me.
Keep a grocery-bag-lined trash can or bucket next to the changing area. Using a mask, if it helps, would not be a bad idea. I like the suggestion of moving some changing supplies to the bathroom, too.

Is it the smell or the poop in general? I know a friend of mine who wore a towel wrapped around her mouth/nose when she changed poopy diapers while pg with her second. I would have something good to smell and have some lined trashcans right nearby. Maybe also lay her on a towel on the bathroom floor with the door closed for changes?
Somehow I missed the memo that you were pregnant, congrats!
I have no practical advice, other than to kick your H in the nuts for getting mad at you for sprinting out of the room to vomit because you're pregnant. Dude, wtf is that all about?
Do you have an Rx for Zofran yet? Even though it didn't take the nausea away 100% for me, it took the edge off enough that I was able to function (including picking up dog poop).
Change her on the floor in the bathroom, on a towel, so you can leave her unattended a few feet from you if need be.
This was going to be my recommendation as well. When I used to baby-sit when I was younger, I would always gag and get sick changing diapers, so I would just do it in the bathroom. I hope that this passes soon for you!
I really feel for you. I remember gagging when I had to change a poop diaper. I agree with the other suggestion of changing her in the bathroom so you're closer to the trash can or toilet if you need to use it.
This sounds silly, but slather a ton of Vicks right on, around and under your nose.
This. Vicks got me through a lot of diaper changes when I was pregnant. I also bought a mask but ended up not needing it. If my DH was home, he changed the diaper.
