According to Amazon, the ogre fiends are "INGREDIENTS: *Coconut Meat, and *Coconut Water, *Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil. (*Derived From Organic Coconuts)."
Upon further review, these are not W30 compliant per this: whole30.com/2013/12/pure-wraps/ (the exact brand is not mentioned, but it's the same product). I think they'd be fine to eat outside of a W30, however.
You're going to have to be honest with yourself about them.
This describes me---exactly! I think I just need to suck it up and just be 100% compliant. I don't use the paleo pizza crusts or other things. But, the reason is the same-to have something "bread-like" without it technically being bread.
My skin is looking better, which is worth following 100%!
