I eat the same thing for breakfast everyday: scrambled eggs and seasoned ground meat (beef or turkey). I find that a protein and fat breakfast sets me up for good appetite and blood sugar control throughout the day. Your mileage may vary.

I had Monkey Salad with my 3-year old. He enjoyed the banana and unsweetened coconut, but the cashews were declared to be "ewie". Then he decided to just eat cashews. I thought it was pretty good.
I made an egg, artichoke heart, and broccoli frittata yesterday. It was delicious. The 2-year old had a few bites. The 3-year old was suspicious.
I'm not starting until Sunday but my plan for next week is to alternate eggs with spinach and sausage and eggs with avocado. Might add in monkey salad if I find that's not enough to get me through to lunch.
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”
