Coconut/Almond and Almond Milk

I mentioned a brand of coconut/almond and almond milk I had found.  I was SO excited.  I went back to the store today to get the info for a couple of people who had asked.  And then I read the fine print...  

Under ingredients it lists only almonds, coconut, and water.  And then, on a separate line, it says "Contains less than 2% of the following: Sunflower lecithin, sea salt, potassium citrate, natural flavors. gellan gum, carrageenan, vitamin/mineral blend (calcium carbonate, vitamin A, vitamin D2, vitamin B12, vitamin B2, zinc), monk fruit extract."  The brand is Califia Farms.  

On the front it reads "Soy Free, Gluten Free, Lactose Free."  Gah.

I did a big grocery shop this evening, read tons of labels and stood in the aisles googling on my phone. It looks like Silk unsweetened almond milk is ok...?

INGREDIENTS: Almondmilk (Filtered Water, Almonds), Sea Salt, Locust Bean Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum, Natural Flavor.

I don't think seeds are allowed?  Maybe not "natural flavors"?  wambam probably knows better.

I’ve never really understood why “natural flavors” are allowed because no one can really explain what that means lol. But there are “natural flavors” in La Croix which is W30 allowed and I drink it every day, so there’s that.

I wouldn't be able to survive a W30 without La Croix, so I hope "natural flavors" are always allowed.

Our costcos had La Croix ONCE, and now they don't have it anymore. Bitches. I stuff the suggestion box every week asking them to bring it back!

I didn't think lecithin was allowed though.

Mine only has lime, which is fine because I love it. But would it kill them to have orange once in a while?

ETA: It's SOY lecithin that is not allowed. Sunflower is fine.
