I'm on day 3 three too. So far so good! I haven't done any specific meal planning but I have a fully stocked kitchen so I won't have trouble throwing something easy together. I have a small facebook group going with some friends who are also doing whole 30 this month and we have been sharing some great recipes. I'm excited to try this one this week. Day 1 for me. I did already mess up and mindlessly ate a yogurt-covered pretzel from DD's snack at church this morning. That's the kind of mindless eating I'm hoping doing a Whole30 will stop, so lesson learned!
I'm most excited about the homemade mayo I made today, I'd forgotten how much better it tastes. I'm not going back to storebought afterwards!
Today was day 1 for me. I am mainly looking to go without booze, dairy, and bread, rice, pasta etc for the next 30 days but will follow as closely as I can.

Today is day 1. From my first W30, I know I get overwhelmed when I try to get too complex during the work week (cook time, dishes, clean up) so we're keeping it simple. This also means I'm not super excited about any of the meals we're having.
I just remembered Mark's carnitas! They're awesome. I'll have to be sure to make them soon.
