I had to call the police at 0430 this morning!!!

I don't know who on this earth lets their children roam the streets at 4 in the morning. But I had 4 teenage boys getting drunk and high in front of my house. E was downstairs and the dogs were freaking out and I was woken out of a dead sleep to shouting and breaking glass. So I called the police. I plan on doing to every time I see them out there now and we are going to go buy a big flood light for the front yard.
