New Tricks- AW your kid!

What new tricks are your babies/kids doing?

Amelia is getting really good at waving, and she's finally beginning to babble more around other people (she normally likes to talk to herself in her crib).

Hunter doesn't have any new tricks, but he didn't wet the bed during nap time yesterday, and he was really well behaved when my mom took us to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

Addison is getting really good at picking up things with a pincer grasp.

Mackenzie is getting better at not shiiting herself (knock on wood).

DS will sit in the tripod position for about ten seconds before falling over.

Edmund is trying to walk. He can do it as long as he has something sturdy to hold on too but can't on his own or with a walker. He is so close though.

J has learned how to gasp and is trying really hard to to stand without holding anything

The girls are currently staring out the front room window saying Hi and waving to the trees and getting pissed when the trees aren't saying hi back.

Also, L likes to practice his pincer grip. On my nipple (while nursing). Kinda hurts. And by kinda, I mean OMG, hurts worse than labor!

LO has started sitting up pretty well and is getting good at the pincher grasp. Last night he also discovered his shadow and was quite amused by it.

Every time I leave Amelia's sight, she yells for me. "MAMA! MAAAAMAAAAA!" She doesn't bother coming to find me. I think I'm just supposed to yell back at her. I'm not sure what the rules of this new game are.

This is Apollo's favorite trick. Take an entire roll of toilet paper off the holder in the bathroom and eat it.

When asked by the pedi to draw a picture of me at his four year old well check today, DS drew a person with lots of arms and legs and told her that I was an octopus mommy. Bonus points for.creativity, right?

DS is 17 months and is currently putting some thoughts/words together in ways that make sense to him. Like my MIL drives a Prius and he sees it every week. So now, when he sees a Prius he'll say "Nanny! Car!"
My favorite is "beep! fuck!"

My LO does this during every morning nursing session since I lay down with her. It usually results in me demanding that DH take her until nap time so I can sleep some more.
