beef tips is one of my favorites for this cut of meat. this is mom or dad's recipe. they both use it, but I'm not sure which one used it first and taught the other.

season tips with s&p.
heat 2 T. vegetable oil in a large skillit.
flour the beef tips.
sear in the oil.
mix 1 envelope of onion soup mix with 2 c. water.
pour over the beef, let it simmer.
serve over rice.

I don't have a specific recipe, I just toss meat into a pan with cooked ramen noodles and some veggies.

Curry. Get a package of Golden Curry (I like the mild, H likes the spicy). Throw in potatoes, peppers, carrots, onions, and simmer until it's the best thing you've put in your mouth EVER.
