I'm going to check out Tessemae's when I get a chance (my regular grocery doesn't carry them, but another chain here does), but just about any basic vinaigrette can be made compliantly, and if you make compliant mayo, you can make "creamy" dressings. I made a ranch-type dressing last night with homemade mayo, extra vinegar, dried dill, a clove of garlic, and some minced fresh parsley.
I make a silly little concoction with olive oil, yellow mustard, lime juice and garlic powder. I don't like a TON of dressing on my salad so just a little of this works for me. I also prefer to use avocado (mashed with lime juice) or salsa as dressing.
