Spending money in Bermuda

We are a family of 3, two adults and a six year old daughter. We are going to Bermuda from a Saturday to Saturday. Fly in early afternoon and fly out late afternoon. How much should we expect to spend daily on the island? I know we have to pay for transportation. I heard that the bus fare is the best way to go. Any input would be great. Thanks

We planned on going to the grocery store at our resort and picking up some food. I guess that's a great idea.
