What's Good this Wednesday?

Good morning, ladies!
Jury Duty went okay yesterday. I was in a room of over 300 people at first, then the computer randomly selected me along with 80 others for panel questioning but then I ended up not getting selected for a jury. I was released around 11:30 and had all afternoon to myself yesterday, which was great! Just what I wanted.


What's going on today or the rest of the week that you are looking forward to?

Not too much for me, just hoping to skate tomorrow with BFF since I wasn't able to go yesterday.

Today will be a good day! I'm having lunch with my mom then going to the service center for training, and if that goes well, i'll get off early!

I have a softball game tonight (if the fields aren't a mudslide), probably go to the gym tomorrow night, then Friday night I'm making champagne cupcakes for my bff's party on Saturday.

For me, I am looking forward to a run this afternoon, since I couldn't get up this morning, then biking home tomorrow and in on Friday (for National bike to work day). Then this weekend is a wedding, which I am looking more forward to the hotel sex, than I am to the actual wedding, if I am to be completely honest.

Minor leagues, correct? We were talking about the local minor leagues around here, and how they are a whole lot more fun than the majors!! And free food/drink and good company sounds like an awesome combination!!

I lied about going to the all-university commencement today so that I could get my tires taken care of. I thought I'd have to drop it off, subway home, wait, go back, etc BUT they put on 2 new tires in 20 minutes. Plus I paid cash so they paid the tax & disposal. Now I'm sitting on my couch with an iced coffee contemplating what to do with the rest of the day.

I'm looking forward to the next three days - graduation and fancy dinner with my parents, H & little sister tomorrow, happy hour and celebratory drunkeness Friday after work, and food festival Saturday! Woo hoo!
