Day? What do you find is the easiest food to give up? What do you miss the most?

Day 11. Still keeping on, but not drinking for football and the golden globes tonight is sad. I don't miss bread at all and will probably keep not eating it.

Day 7. Yesterday was not my best day. Everything I ate was whole30 compliant, but I fell into my usual weekend habit of grazing rather than eating a real meal during the day.
Breakfast: eggs and homemade breakfast sausage Lunch: nomnompaleo's spicy tuna cakes. These are so yummy, will definitely be making them again. Red pepper strips and celery on the side and an orange Dinner: DH is making short ribs and butternut squash
I haven't really missed anything yet. I more miss the convenience of how we used to eat--no more breezing into the supermarket for a rotisserie chicken and bagged salad, or that type of thing.
Oh, I did make DD a grilled cheese for lunch, and you know how the cheese will ooze out and get all crispy? Well, I usually break that off and eat it before it makes it to kiddo. Of course I left it on and she said "Mommy, deewicious!" Lol, that's right, kid, you've never had a shot at that crunchy stuff before, have you?
I really don't miss cheese. I probably won't end up adding it back to my normal diet. Of course I would still have it for special occasions.
I would have to say that I miss coffee creamer the most. I like coffee and I'm doing fine without creamer, but omg do I love creamer!! My husband used to ask me if I wanted any coffee with my cream and sugar. I also am starting to miss rice. We made green curry chicken with cauliflower rice and it just wasn't the same.
One weird thing that I noticed today in the shower... I have had red splotchy patches with some small bumps on my upper arms for almost all of my life. Today I noticed that my arms are almost completely clear. Zero bumps. Only a hint of redness left. I really am amazed by what all is going on with my body and how amazing I feel.

Day 7. I miss crackers. I love triscuits, cheese- its, saltines.... I am surprised that I am not missing cheese. I used to put it on everything. I am finding everything I make tastes so good. It is really delicious. I did not expect that. I have not made anything I did not like yet. This weekend was my first time with sweet potatoe hash and burritos bowls. They were both so good. I have chili in the crock pot for tonight.

Day 8.
I don't miss bread much. Pancakes and other bread "stuff" I do miss a little b/c we'd do that a lot for weekend breakfasts.
I don't really miss cheese.
I *do* really miss pasta, wine, and chocolate. A lot. H told me earlier that he's really missing having a beer while he watches football.
I weighed in today and lost 6lbs so I'm really motivated to keep it up. H and I are already making a plan for how we'll handle things after this W30. We're thinking Paleo with two cheat meals (no cheat day or we'll fall off) per week. We've done this before and then I got pregnant with DD2 so hopefully we can keep it up!
B- Fried egg and a banana before we rushed out to grocery shop. L- Chipotle!! D- Hashbrowns with runny eggs. A smoothing made with coconut milk and fruit.
