I plan on following my diet plan, did not do good yesterday. Of course get my cardio and weights in today hopefully late morning cardio I have eye appointment so it will have to wait a little. When my DH get's home from work off to do weights.
B: Greek yogurt + Clif Bar + coffee L: cashew butter and all fruit preserves on whole wheat, a pear S: cottage cheese, another pear D: spring rolls + asian slaw E: MUST RUN will play it by ear.
B - protein smoothie made with peanut butter & banana + kiwi + coffee w/milk L - leftover Greek pizza + edamame S - Fruit D - tilapia on top of wilted greens + corn S - fruit
E - not sure what I'll be up to. Still getting over the bronchitis. If anything, I feel worse today. Maybe weights & some walking?
B: banana w. almond butter, 1/2 clif bar, coffee and cream E: 5 on treadmill w/ 5x800. A big shout out to Disney Jr for allowing me to get this in. S: Greek yogurt L: Eating Right frozen meal, salad w/ peppers, feta, hummus S: carrots, cheese stick D: salsa chicken, spinach E: core
B: ww cream of wheat L: cheese and tomato sandwich on ww, Fage plain Greek yogurt w/1 Splenda D: No idea. If at home: veggie "chicken" tenders, cous cous, whatever vegetable looks good in the fridge veggie bin S1: ww crackers S2: Clif Mojo bar E: None, massage day!

B: Oatmeal with thimbleberry jam L: Turkey Sandwich, carrots, orange S: Banana, Yogert, 2 CC cookies D: fettucini alfredo with grilled peppers and chicken E: Much needed off day. I love taper weeks!

Been horribly hungry the last few days. Guess I have to finally admit I'm halfway through my pregnancy and will be eating more now haha
B: Special K fruit & yogurt w/ 1% milk, tropical fruit mix (pineapple, mango, etc.) S: small strawberry Yoplait yogurt E: elliptical (35 minutes), maybe prenatal yoga later if the people looking at our house actually arrive/leave on time L: tomato wrap w/ turkey breast, cheese, broccoli slaw mix, sweet banana peppers and mayo S: celery w/ veggie cream cheese S: reduced sodium triscuits w/ 1 oz. colby jack cheese D: leftovers or something out due to before mentioned people coming to look at our house S: watermelon or popsicle if my watermelon has gone bad
E: 30 minutes yoga B: smoothie and coffee S: nature valley bar L: vegetable sandwich on whole grain bread, corn, and blackberries S: green tea, Greek yogurt, and a banana E: 30 minute hard indoor cycle then paddle boarding with my love! S: veggie hotdogs on whole grain bread, baked sweet potato fries, and a side salad S: probably strawberries or cantelope
