Day 13 and I'm feeling great! Bloat is totally gone and my clothes are feeling looser.
Took DD to the park to enjoy the good weather. Made a batch of TCMTG's bora bora fireballs to throw in the oven for dinner later with some cauliflower rice. If there's anyone that hasn't made these yet, they're amazing, and I've made them when I wasn't even eating paleo.

Day 14! Tiger blood is here!
I had a frustrating restaurant experience last night. I ordered plain salmon and steamed veggies. It came out as on the menu. Thank goodness ithere was more of a "topping" and not a sauce on the salmon so it was easy to scrape off. I didn't eat the veggies as there was a mystery substance on them. We later learned it was bacon fat! ? I contemplated sending it back but we were with another couple and the restaurant was super busy. I am thinking there was some butter because my stomach was a bit gurgly afterwards. I am not starting over as I know from last time my body isn't a huge dairy fan. I just need to stick with my normal places from now on!
Day 18, and I'm kind of over it. I feel good, my skin looks great, but overall I don't feel amazing enough to give up alcohol and the occasional treat for life. I do think cutting back on dairy and grains and soy as a rule (with the occasional exception) is good for me though. I'm going to KOKO through the end because otherwise I feel like I wasted 18 days!
Not to be a debbie downer, I just go back and forth on how much restricting is good for me. I tend to rebel when I put a "don't eat" lable on certain foods.

I hope it's OK for me to just jump right in. (I didn't see an official intro thread.)
Today was Day 7. I hosted a small party today, and I tried to keep it Whole30-friendly with lots of fruits/veggies, but I did pick up some chips/salsa, and Valentine's-themed candy.
Surprisingly, I wasn't tempted by the non-compliant stuff AT ALL.
And while I realized that I'm not craving anything in particular, the one thing I'm suddenly missing is the convenience of...convenience. Like, stopping where ever to get food, not having to think so hard about food and restrictions. I know it's just a matter of planning ahead well, and being creative with the categories we're allowed, and I'm hopeful that Week 2 will be easier.
