Dd is 10 months and loves table food. We do some purees from pouches and sometimes stuff that we eat, but I usually feel like I'm throwing together a mishmash of whatever's in the fridge (ie some of a pouch, some shredded cheese, and puffs).
I'd be fully in the "she eats what we eat" camp if H and I had a healthier diet, but that's a separate thing to work on.
What are your breakfast, snack, and lunch/dinner regulars for your older infant/early toddler?
Scrambled eggs Cheese (she LOVES cheese!) Green beans (she loves to pick up the whole bean and chew on it) Butternut squash - cubed and roasted Pears and apples (either poached or, more recently, raw and very thinly sliced) Mandarin oranges Pineapple
Babybel cheese, strawberries, kiwi, lunch meat, a waffle, french toast, canned beans, clementines, blueberries, raspberries, cheese quesadilla, mushrooms... DS has no teeth yet so those are his favorites.
DD is a big fan of fruit, so we always have bananas, oranges, ,mangoes, and apples around for chopping up. She likes sliced turkey, chicken and ham from the deli, so we often get a little of that to add to her meals. I also always keep frozen chopped veggies (her favorite is Trader Joes "organic foursome" mix) and microwave her some of those when I need them.
We do quesedillas with black beans and veggies often, toast with cheese (cream cheese is a good one) or tapenade (I hate olives, but she and DH love them), frozen turkey meatballs, and frozen veggie patties a lot.

We don't really do meals yet either with her.
Once a week I buy a rotisserie chicken and she and I eat our way through that for dinners TJ's meat balls Frozen organic veggies from Costco Sweet potatoes. Nuke 7 minutes after stabbing. Pouches Cuties/halos Cottage cheese and yogurt Shredded cheese or cheese sticks Blueberries Avocado
Since she recently dropped all bottles but one, I make sure to give her dairy at each meal. I try to give her meat at each meal, and fruit or veggies. We don't eat much in the way of carbs but she does love toast or rolls as well.

Leo likes TJ's turkey meatballs and Applegate Farms' chicken nuggets. It's hard to get him to eat other meats. We usually do either frozen broccoli or frozen mixed veggies (we buy the huge bags). He likes cheese and yogurt too. His favorite are blueberries, clementines, and bananas.

I'm with you on not wanting DD to eat what I eat at the moment, so until I clean up my diet, here are her favorites:

I try to get ds to eat what we do but he is very picky and refuses most of the things we eat. Go to are cheese, strawberries, yogurt, grilled cheese, sweet potatoes and freeze dried peas or corn

She's a meat eater, so she loves chicken breast, turkey, meatballs, ground beef (usually leftovers with taco seasoning), deli meat. Whatever I have leftover from dinners.
Eggs -- hard-boiled or scrambled.
Any and all fruit -- blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, apple, nectarine, banana.
Some veg -- anything she can dip in ranch is popular. Sometimes she'll eat roasted veggies.
Yogurt, kefir, cheese (string cheese or sliced cheddar).
Frozen waffles (Kashi), toast, any cracker (triscuits are relatively healthy -- few ingredients and whole grain), rice.
I do give her whatever we eat for dinner, but I couldn't give her a casserole or something -- I can't imagine her eating it.

DS is 14 months. He still BF too. He doesn't use silverware yet.
breakfast: most often - WW waffle with PB and yogurt sometimes - WW toast, pancake, blueberry waffle, oat pancake or waffle, pumpkin pancake, pouch instead of yogurt he also like sausage patties
lunch: almost always - black beans, cheese, pouch sometimes: mac & cheese, grilled cheese, deli turkey or chicken, chicken nuggets, frozen pre-made chicken or turkey burgers cook quick, cheeseburger leftovers sliced apples or pears, blueberries (sometimes he hates fruit unless it is puree) frozen mixed veg or just peas or corn that I microwave soup with a ton of crackers to soak up broth rare: chef boyardee ravioli
snacks: goldfish puffs or mum mum snap pea crisps freeze dried fruit (maybe) yogurt covered raisins cheerios or other dry cereal (rice chex, life) mini sandwich crackers with cheese or PB filling
dinner: he eats what we eat. If he refuses that meal then black beans and cheese, crackers, pouch. He loves meat like meatballs, shredded chicken, pot roast beef, etc. pasta Loves - rice, squash, cheese anything, broccoli
HATES - eggs, potatoes, smoothies, banana, most fruit

Wow! That looks like a lot of work to put together, but I bet it really reduces stress throughout the week! That's a big variety of foods. Do you do all of the cooking or buy pre-made stuff?
DS2 is 17 months. I serve a variety of foods, but it mostly just sits on his plate while he screams/yells at me until he gets fruit. Non-fruit favorites are cheese, black beans, waffles, grilled cheese, pancakes, oatmeal, and yogurt. But any of those are bound to be on his most-hated foods tomorrow. He also seems to like to pick things out of soup. We were so spoiled by DS1...he ate everything except cottage cheese and watermelon (though watermelon is now a favorite).
DD has refused meatballs several times now. This makes me want to cry because I'd think they are such a small tasty and perfect food for her. Up until her birthday, she used to love eating baked chicken thighs that I cut up, but even that's gone to crap now too since she got sick right around her birthday and still hasn't gotten completely better.
Her most recent favorite solid to eat on a daily basis is baked ziti. She has no teeth so I boil the noodles until really soft, mix in marinara sauce with generous pours of olive oil and lots of shredded cheese. Bake and then serve. By serve, I mean she can only eat about 8 ziti noodles total that i have to cut up into small pieces. I have been boiling carrots and cutting into small pieces and throwing them in the marinara. She has not rejected those yet. Tomorrow I will try mixing eggplant in there.
She will eat all the yellow cheddar cheese if you let her. She also likes banana chunks which I give for breakfast. Will eat puffs and other snacks from the puffs aisle. Also is ok with most pouches and purees unless you put cheese in front of her in which case she will ignore you and shove cheese in her mouth by the fistful.

He eats what we do at supper, but some of his favorites are: Cheese sticks Bananas Clementines Frozen peas Ww waffles that I make and freeze Quesadilla Ham/turkey and cheese wraps Those mini ww bagels with cheese or cream cheese Blueberries Eggs with salsa and cheese (not plain though) Anything with squash (loved a veg black bean, squash and quinoa chili and a sausage stuffed acorn squash) Noodles with butter, garlic and Parmesan Ww cheese pizza (or bagel pizzas with the mini bagels!) It's funny because last week I posted how stressed out feeding DS was making me and got some really good advice. The chart is my type A personality but you're right, it really reduces stress thought the week. I,ve always done a dinner meal plan for us so doing it this way helps me. DS usually eats what we eat the next night (that's why there are two dinners listed each night) and then again for lunch, usually the day after. I make it all but I only cook dinner during the week. On the weekend I make things like roasted veggies for the whole week, quinoa, which I can then just mix with yogurt, etc. I currently have cottage cheese pancakes, blueberry pancakes, slices of quiche, sweet potato muffins, and oatmeal bars in the freezer so I can add them to the menu and then just grab them when I need them. I'm lucky that DS is such a good eater, but he also eats a TON, so the "open the fridge and grab whatever" method was stressing me out. I felt like I never had enough food for him without a plan.
Lunch meat, cheese, frozen veggies, shredded chicken, cheese quesadilla, noodles, eggs, waffles. She also loved the roasted cauliflower I made with garlic salt and pepper which really surprised me.
DS eats most of the things listed here. My question to everyone is how much of everything? Pieces? A bowl etc?
For me, he will eat a couple of clementines, a whole waffle with pb, a cup of chili, a whole mini bagel, half a full bagel, etc. not all at once! But that is the serving size I offer of each. Sometimes he crushes the whole serving and I get more, or supplement with something else. Other times he isn't super interested and I just let it be. I try to aim for each meal to have a carb, a protein and a fruit and/or vegetable.
