I know it will vary from place to place, but I am just trying to get an idea of how much we need to have saved up since we have no insurance coverage this time around. For those who have done it, how much for the FET and the meds without insurance?

Ditto ginkgoleaf: that's the price range of both my old and new REs.
Meds were under $500; that was with insurance, but even without it wouldn't have been too much more. The main medications would be estrogen (I was on oral and injections) and progesterone (I did PIO and Endometrin, the latter being a big portion of my pharmacy cost). And for my last FET I was on Lovenox as well.
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!
With my new RE it is $2800 + meds (less then $500)
Wow, that's a big difference!
Yes. Freezing my embryos was $1800 at the old RE and $500 at the new RE. That's the difference between a huge practice in Maryland and a small (and ONLY RE) in West Virginia. West Virginia is much cheaper, although I live in Maryland and have IF insurance (except for FET's)

How do you coordinate appointments? It is $1200 to freeze at my RE, which is in the Chicago area.
A little over $3500 just for monitoring and embryology. Insurance has covered more meds than I thought they would, I guess because they're not just for IF. Lupron was covered and some of the Vivelle patches. I think insurance may stop covering the estrogen patches after a certain number and those are expensive.
