I have an android for personal and an iPhone for work. I prefer the way the Android functions, but I like the way the iPhone feels. I don't know of they've changed it for the 6, but I hate that I can't open Web pages or do anything while I'm on the phone.
If you have other apple products (computer, I paid etc) then it would make sense to switch to an iPhone, but if not I'd stick with an android.
H bought a one plus one a few months back and he's loving it. It's an android phone, the screen is super big (the same size as a 6 I think), and the camera is really nice. The battery also lasts forever.
There was just a really interesting article that came out of CES about how Americans pay more for their phones because of the branding. I'll see if I can find it for you.
Thanks! I can totally see us paying more because of the name. Normally I'm not a fan of apple products but for some reason the iphone plus is growing on me.

I can do this while I am on the phone. I just put it on speaker and press the "home" button and it takes you out of the phone screen to your apps.

I traded my windows phone for an Android and I HATE it. I'm finally used to it now and like some of the features (although now I hear window's phone has those same features). Any how, if I switch to anything now I'll switch back to a window's phone.
My friend who hates Apple but has been on iPhones for a while because "at least 'it just works' for the basics" is becoming less of a fan. Still android is pretty terrible about this stuff.
I honestly might go to Windows Phone with my next phone, which hopefully won't be for a while.
I still have a non smart phone, can't even do anything but text and make a phone call on it. Maybe take a crappy picture. I have apple items though and enjoy them but have heard lots of pain in the butt issues with iPhones vs the others.
Nothing is pushing me towards the iPhone switch anymore. I think I'm going to go to the Note 4. I love Samsung products and don't really want to have to learn a new phone at this point.
