any info on what's going on with TB mods, stuffs being posted over on the SN board over there.

I don't know a whole lot more than anyone else. The bumpgods haven't exactly kept us informed.

Basically, they removed all moderator functions from all the mods a couple days ago with out notification. Then dismissed the us of them without the courtesy of an explanation or a warning- our moderator forum vanished sometime this afternoon.

TBH, I didn't follow all the drama on parenting and SAHMs but many who did were outraged about mods being banned for violations of TOU that hadn't been published. There were a lot of people who were upset by adminstrators impersonating each other or sharing screen names so trust had been at an all time low. Some people had requested and been granted a complete deletion of their accounts and then found all their information reinstated a few days later. Other requests for deletions and content removal have been ignored. The administrators have never been responsive after hours as a rule, but they basically shut down and ignored the mods who were doing their scut work.

There've been previous migrations, such as the bright people who started this site and before that some other who'd moved onto private FB groups- and they've survived. I get that members at the bump/nest/knot are like sharks teeth and that a new set of brides-to-be will grow and fill in where others left. I even wonder if the business model is such that moms aren't worth as much to potential advertisers as girls planning their pretty princess day and are expendable.

Is this where everyone is moving? Or is there another SN board on GBCB--and if there is, how do I find it?

The SN board on GBCB is second from the bottom under Care and Keeping of Children. Seems like a lot of people migrated there. I'm straddling because I have a parenting crush on Lite and I hope she resurfaces. I wish they'd landed here, but so it goes.
