Day 18 also. b: egg cups banana almond butter. Green tea L leftover chicken marinana with zoodles and spinach d: going out to dinner so doing the best i can and opting for ahi tuna dish or roasted chicken with sides. I am going with the plan that as long as I don't order anything no compliant I will be ok.
I feel fine. Nothing bad but I don't have this "omg this has changed my life and is the best thing ever" notion either. I have been reading the book I borrowed from the library. I think it is really hard to understand and in parts is nust blah blah blah. Maybe bc i am reading it on the metro but I am glad I didn't buy it.

Day 18.
Large iced mocha is my favorite morning drink ever. I just discovered an Iced Americano at Sbux this morning though and I must figure out how to make this at home! The lady said it was just espresso, water, and ice...
I was sleeping so well but I'm on meds for an allergic reaction so that's gone out the window which is a bummer. Also, how ironic that I'm on an elimination diet and having an allergic reaction to something (though doc thinks it's something I touched vs ate, thankfully).
Pre-workout: two hard boiled eggs, half of avocado Exercise: 6 mile run (elbow is still not ready for lifting) B: Egg, sweet potato, homemade chorizo casserole, spinach and tomato as side salad, coffee with coconut milk L: Paleo chili with avocado, banana and almond butter D: Crockpot lamb with veggies, sweet potato, side salad, maybe fruit
Hmmm....Hot Coffee with some cocoa, milk, and sugar (just a little)
I've weaned myself off of Starbucks since it's gotten so pricey so I don't really crave it anymore.
Something chocolate and coffee related is heaven in the morning.

Day 17. I love caramel flavoring so either a caramel macchiato from starbucks or a caramel latte from anywhere else is my favorite coffee drink. That might be the first thing I get when the 30 days is over. I'm still feeling good! I'm honestly pretty surprised both DH and I have made it this far... he is doing great! I can tell he's lost weight and he said he has a ton of energy. He really wants to continue eating better so I'm glad we gave this a try.
I am day 19. My favorite drink is a mocha from Starbucks, usually with vanilla. I cheated yesterday. 2 tastes of potato soup and 1 bite of cupcake. It was DS bday and he requested the soup and my parents were eating it too. I wanted to check the seasoning. I made a decision and DH had a bite of cake, too. We aren't starting over. I felt great the first week, but now just ok. Considering not finishing but an committed for now. It is really stressing our bodies. I didn't ovulate this month, which has never happened before. We are TTC. And DH had an outbreak of cold sores, which hasn't happened in 6 years when he was really stressed at work.
Day 18. I cheated and ate an onion ring and a bite of a cheeseburger last night It tasted terrible. I can't believe that I used to eat crap like that all the time. Now I'm paying the price. I am still really bloated and uncomfortable. My stomach was almost instantly upset. Now I'm a little concerned about going back to normal foods. I know that I should start over, but I'm not going to over a mouthful of food.
My favorite breakfast drink is a skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks. My second favorite would have to be regular coffee with Cinnabon creamer and 1-2 splenda. Third favorite would have to be mimosas!
