I really hate people sometimes

   We woke up this morning to what sounded like puppy crying. Some dick put a dog on the Tieout in the front yard last night. Its a really friendly dog, and has the funniest bark. Animal Control is going to pick her up soon, but really! We only used the tieout when we are out with Ponyo before the fence was installed. 

   No idea when she was attached, so we brought her out some water and food, I gave her one of Ponyo's kongs with pb. My husband is sitting outside with her, since we really don't feel like a tie out is super safe.

She is some kind of mix, guessing lab and something. She looks well taken care of, she is a white dog with a cute brown splotch on her face. Nothing from Craigslist, and Animal Control is taking foooooooooooooorever to get here.

We sat out till Animal Control picked her up. She seemed really young, but about Ponyo sized lol. Super friendly and submissive.

Sadly we are super knowledgeable about our animal control guys, and they knew it wasn't our dog. We know the guy since he was at our house every day last year due to next door dogs. He told us he would let us know what happens.
