Man, this thread title has a lot more meaning for me after this week than it ever did before.
So how is everyone doing?
I haven't weighed myself in a month and our new scale should be here any day now. I think I will weigh myself every Friday morning (as far away from the previous weekend as possible) just to make sure I stay within my 5-pound "happy weight" range. I think I may have gained about that much in the last month thanks to travel and special events despite my best efforts to eat as healthy as possible during the week.
I'm back on track with running. After two weeks of no running, it was easier than I expected when I went back out there. I definitely wasn't back to my normal speed and distance but I knew I'd get there within a few weeks and I'm definitely on the right track. I'm getting excited about starting marathon training in the next 6-8 weeks. Someone slap some sense into me.

I have lost another lb! WoooooHooooo! And I got a $19 month of boot camp off of groupon to tied me over until I start crossfit in July. My running on the weekends is still sporadic after the long hiatus but I'm hoping some accountability, see signature, will help. My goal for Disneyland is 2:45 and my goal for Women's is 2:30. There's my goals, you see my ticker now make sure to help me stay accountable people! Secretly between crossfit and bootcamp, I'm hoping my time is 15 minutes faster for each race but I will happy with the goals I posted above.
I can't put my finger on it, but I feel like I'm starting to slide eating/weight-wise. I'm back to tracking my food, and I'm staying within my food goals (well, except for that Chipotle burrito I had last night), but I don't know. I don't feel like I'm losing or making any progress lately in that department. I know I haven't gained...maybe I'm at my first plateau?
Duathlon training is going well though. I'm loving being on the master's swim team, and most days I can make it through a workout and not feel like I'm going to totally die after now, so that's progress.
I lost another 0.5 lb and I now fit into pre-pregnancy pants! That means I'm very close to my goal size 8.
However I'm feeling burnt out. I'm taking extra rest days this week to give myself a break and then I plan to switch up my workout routine a bit. Anything you love doing that you recommend?

Between my anniversary, mama's day and the guy who thanked my department via pound cake and brownies, I've lost any semblance of healthy eating. I forgot to pack a sandwich for lunch today, though. Boo!
On Monday I walked for 3 miles at lunch and I plan to restart my Wii EA Active routine this week. Now that BabyLiu is walking regularly, I thought I'd spend more time literally running after her, but no. Walking is fine for daycare, but apparently the Queen needs to be carried at home.
I was sick for a few weeks so dropped a couple of lbs. Being sick for that long sucked but I'll take it! I definitely wasn't working out at the time, though, so have to get back on that train like stat. I'm running a 4K on Saturday (one that involves beer ) and I assume it will be painful since I haven't run in weeks.
Now that I'm back at work , I'm eating more fruits and veggies than before since I'm not eating out every day. My runs have plummeted, though, since lilshirley is too young for a jogger and I have reservations about gym daycare this early. I have to be ready for my 10k in four weeks!
Well, I dropped 7lbs and 4oz 10 days ago Actually, my total pregnancy weight gain ended up being a whopping 43 lbs (13lbs were in the last 2 weeks) and I'm down 25 lbs. 18lbs to go but at the moment its still sliding off me.
My new weight loss goal will probably be 150lbs (it was 140lbs before i got pregnant) because I'm learning the reality of trying to get stuff done with a kid!. I'm out walking every day, partially so I don't go stir crazy in here, but other than that i'm still healing from birth and can't do much.
I will probably have end of summer for my weight loss goal. Not 100% sure yet.
Sally, any access to spinning classes? Your ass might hurt for a few days after but I think it's a really fun workout.
Shirley, get thee to the start line of the 10K no matter how you think you'll do. If you have to walk a lot, I'll still be around to wait and then we can have a lovely brunch feast somewhere. It's your first post-baby race, think about how much faster you'll get as you go along and run more after the race. Don't dwell on whatever time you get for the race.
I've been sticking to Spring Training Plan pretty well for the last couple of weeks. I'm enjoying lifting and will miss it when I have to cut back due to marathon training.
I'm headed to the high school track tonight for the first time and I'm so happy that hill repeats are behind me. They fucking suck.
I just signed up for my second half-marathon over Labor Day and will be starting marathon training June 25th. Eeep!

I burned myself out and took a couple of days off from exercising. But I'm back to it. I've gone farther in couch to 5k than I had in over 2 years!
Bonus: Last night's dinner was a bacon cheeseburger and three old-fashioneds, and I weighed 2 pounds less this morning than I did yesterday morning. Maybe I should market my Whiskey and Cheeseburger Diet to make my millions!

EH hemm...we established last week that the day after drinking alcohol = dehydration hence the reason you weigh less.

Tell me more!
It's a Hal Higdon Plan. I'm doing the Intermediate Level.
The exercise stuff is still going kind of meh...running is fine, but doing things that AREN'T running isnt. It's just so much easier to run I did get up and drag my happy ass to the gym to knock out 6 miles on the track so there's that.
However, I did then proceed to stuff my face with pancakes and other goodies at today's morning long staff meeting :$ Oops. The eating part of things is up and down-I'm trying to remember to track my food on myfitnesspal but days like today make me stay far far away from that thing.
Per my post yesterday, I have been sucking big time. In fact, my therapist actually told me to stop worrying about going to the gym so much because I was stressing myself out (between gym 5 days a week, school full time and working 50+ hours a week). But now that I am pretty much done with school, I have to get back on track. So I am taking some suggestions from my thread and am going to try going to the gym in the morning 2x per week and both weekend days - and hopefully fitting in one other day somewhere. I am making a workout plan (found a good beginner one online - I am so out of shape).
Food is a huge issue for me, and honestly I am trying to take this one thing at a time. So, gym routine first, then I will work more on food. I am a compulsive overeater, so I need to figure out how to better deal with that through therapy.
