Let's talk about something that I didn't think I'd be wanting to talk about much. Laural Lance as the Black Canary.
This is the kind of origin story I can believe. Yes, she's revenging her sister. But she's also revenging herself a little here too. I like that she suited up only after all that evidence was stolen and all her hard work prosecuting those criminals was lost. That made it more believable.

Then we've got Felicity breaking my heart. And Dig too.

I'm glad that the episode ended with Oliver alive. I mean we all knew he was going to be so it was nice to not have to wait. No Lazarus Pit though. I'm hoping that it's being saved for something spectacular later.

I'm glad there was no Lazarus put.

Felicity made me cry, for sure. So did John.

Barrowman is still amazing.

I don't like Laurel at all. In fact, I kind of hate her. But, if they do this right, I might start to respect her. If, they make her the most amazing fighter that ever lived I'll be pissed. But if they have her learning and growing and failing sometimes then it might be an origin story I can get behind.

I'll still probably hate her though.
