I do. I tried doing a check-in post, but it never takes off.
Just incase you haven't checked BOTB TB, there is an oldies post I created. Lots of great updates for oldies. There may or may not be one announcing a pg of yours truly. ? 18 weeks and growing!
I'm so glad I checked in here. I've given up on TB. I'm friends with a lot of my birth month on facebook so we all migrated over there. MW that is so amazing! So happy for you!!!!
Around the time Eleanor turned one, DH started to get sick (diagnosed with ulcerative colitis). He wound up in and out of the hospital I think 7 times (totaling over a month of stays), and in early December had his colon removed. He has 2 more surgeries this year (one next month & one most likely early summer) to make a j-pouch with his intestine and to connect it and remove his illeostomy bag). He just went back to work part time 2 weeks ago (had been off since early October).
It was really tough on me. As a stay at home mom, we struggled financial - thankful for really generous family and friends, and while we aren't broke, we don't have much extra. I had a hard time mentally because I got no break at all from Eleanor other than the time I drove to and from the hospital and spent there visiting H.
I recently started watching a little baby (4 months), and it's going alright. It's not much but it is a little extra cash, they bring the baby to me, and I can still be with Eleanor. Plus Eleanor LOVES this baby so much so it's pretty cute.
A recent picture of Eleanor (almost 16 months now). She's so chatty, loves cheese and pasta, her baby doll is her favorite, she thinks it so fun seeing the neighbor dog outside and has recently taught herself to climb furniture.
I'm still waiting in my post partum period to return (still nursing 3-4 times a day) and hopefully we can try for number 2 this spring. I've got major baby fever!

Oh Kelle I'm very sorry you are going through that. I hope your H is in the mend soon. And she is a doll! It's hard to see all these babies growing up.
