Does anyone know a good place that does prenatal massages in the area? I called one spa in Burlington, but it was $120 for 60 mins which seems really expensive! I'd appreciate any recommendations. I'm in the mood to pamper myself.

Did you try Pyara? I know their 60 minute is a bit cheaper ($105, maybe?), but it might get bumped up a bit for pre-natal. I was looking at this place in Woburn myself, since it's right next to the Whole Foods we shop at some times: www.gohspa.com I haven't pulled the trigger yet, though I think I will soon for at least a half-hour one because my shoulders/neck are killing me.
I've been to Zen Muscular Therapy & Wellness Center in Woburn several times and have always been happy with the massages I've received there. Looking at their site, they do offer prenatal massages for an hour at $80.
5kcandlesinthewind - I've been to Goh Spa once for a wax treatment. The staff was very friendly and it was the best wax I've gotten which makes me more willing to pay a bit more as they are an organic spa. I'd love to try some of their other treatments like a massage or facial.
My friend works at Massage Therapy Works in Somerville. They charge $85 an hour for prenatal massage. I'm not sure if that is too far, but the prices are reasonable. massagetherapyworks.com/sr
I don't have any particular recommendations, but I just wanted to remind you to check Groupon and similar sites. I often see good deals for massages there. I think I'm due for another massage, too!
I've heard good things about goh spa but have never been myself.
I would just say avoid Le Mani day spa in Winchester. I went for a massage years ago and it was great. But then when I was pregnant with my first I booked a prenatal massage and the woman cancelled on me two hours beforehand. I rescheduled for the following week and she cancelled again and I rescheduled a 3rd time. I never got back in because then I was sick for the rescheduled time and then I delivered. When I was pregnant with the twins I again scheduled a prenatal massage and again she cancelled on me a few hours beforehand. I did not reachedule. The massage therapist is only there once a week and I feel like she just cancels if she doesn't have a full day booked. Not worth the hassel!
If you do decide to splurge on $125/60 mins I rec G2O downtown. It's amazing plus tons of extra perks that you can enjoy for as long as you want before or after the massage: rooftop deck, fireplace sitting area, hot tub, nap pods, snacks, brine relaxation room, steam room, nice showers.

I have a $125 spafinder GC and G20 takes those. I might have to do this....

[br Seriously. You should. And eat at The Cafeteria restaurant right across the street before hand. It's really great.

I get my hair done at g20 and have done a spa day there. My favorite part of getting my hair done is sitting in the brine relaxation room while the color sets. I would highly recommend it!
They had something on Guilt City not too long ago but I unfortunately missed it, they sold out quick.

noodleoo, if you're still looking, I went to a place in Wakefield on Saturday - Magnolia Massage. It's right on Main Street, tucked in one of the strip mall buildings. (There's a consignment shop and a yoga studio, and I'm not sure what else in there.) It was great. She was running a special, and it was only $39 for an hour. Not sure when the special ends, but it's $70 for an hour otherwise, and well worth it if you're just looking for a no frills place. I'm going back in a few weeks.
