I've flown it a couple of times. I'm pretty sure they nickel and dime you, but that's pretty common for a budget airline (or, any, really). I haven't had a bad experience with them.
My experience was fine. They got me where I needed to go, which was a very small airport in a small town. Just know that you pay extra for everything--baggage, seat selection, even water. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable but for my short flight it wasn't a big deal.
I fly them fairly often, they're the best option from my town to Florida. I've never had issues, but they do add fees for every little thing. As long as you're okay with not checking a bag, not choosing your seat, and not having the full drink/snack experience, it's a pretty good deal. I actually found the seats on our last flight to be more comfortable than some of the main airlines. They also have a better track record for me of leaving/arriving on time.

I've flown with them a few times. Out of Sanford (FL) & Tampa (FL). Both times were fine.. they do nickel & dime you to death.
We had to arrive at the check in desk at least 45 minutes prior to the flight to check in - you can check in online, but they charge you for that.. I know most people arrive way before 45 minutes, but my sister got off work at 7am, and our flight left at 8:30, so we were cutting it stupid close.
My Mom flew them about a month ago & they started charging for carry-ons that can't be put under the seat.
