I'm still figuring this out. But I'm thinking that we're going to do mostly whole 30/paleo at home except for special occasions like parties/birthdays. Out of the house, I'll try to be better about filling up on veggies and trying everything but not going crazy.
Alcohol is the difficult thing. We have a ton of delicious homebrew waiting for us to drink so I just need to figure out how to manage that.

Day 23. I plan on staying paleo after finishing. I'll have a glass of wine or few bites of dessert when DH and I go out on our monthly date night, depending on how I feel afterwards. I don't think I have too many food intolerances, but I definitely have a sugar addiction. If that kind of treat derails me, I'll re-evaluate.

Day 27
I shared yesterday how I plan on eating like this most of the time, I am actually on some stupid medication which prohibits alcohol for 9 MONTHS! Ya, im dying, we have 3 parties this weekend and I wont be consuming any alcohol, ugh. I know what my triggers are, sugar for sure and dairy. I will have creamer in my coffee but will limit it otherwise. I guess I don't really have a plan, but be more aware for sure.
b-egg, kale, sausage bake l-tuna salad d-carnitas (my husband will have rice and black beans)
I am on day 24. I have PMS right now and it is really difficult. I am hungrier than normal and I want chocolate so bad, my birthday is in a couple days and that will be hard, too. I am not continuing on paleo. I look forward to adding things like oats, beans and rice back in. I am still going to cut out dairy for a while and I think I discovered an egg intolerance. I already ate gluten free but I will try to eat less processed substitutes like bagel chips.

Day 24.
H and I plan to eat Paleo with a couple cheat meals per week including beer and wine. Based on history, if we did a cheat day, it'd derail us completely. I plan to use ketchup and coffee creamer but I'll use cleaner options and try some non-dairy creamers too.
My goal is to lose baby weight without monitoring calories b/c I hate monitoring calories and I'm still BFing so I don't want it to impact my supply. Past that, I want to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy relationship with food.
Day 23! Both DH and I plan to continue following some of the elements... but not as strictly. For example, we plan to add beans back in and some dairy. We also plan to have alcohol on the weekends or special occasions if we want.
