I'm definitely feeling over it. lol. But, I will power through. I think I will extend the general plan until I leave for vacation next week but I will add in beans/legumes.
Overall, I am very pleased with my progress and I truly feel fantastic. I think far less about food than I did before and am treating food more as fuel rather than as a treat.

Day 25
I've found some great Paleo recipes that aren't W30 compliant due to honey or molasses so I'm ready to move on for variety. I'm also almost out of homemade hazelnut creamer so I'm debating going way out of my way to buy more nuts to soak and make it or just switching to half and half or a vanilla almond or coconut creamer. (Black coffee for 30 days is not hard and all that from their website but I say STFU )
B - Banana, cashew butter, HB eggs L - Leftover chili or thai chicken coconut soup. I have some of each in the fridge. D - Making Mark's carnitas for friends! That's how confident I am in this meal, so good! We'll have it with plantain chips, sauteed onion and peppers, salsa, and guac. I bought cheese and sour cream for them.
As I mentioned earlier this week, I'm not stressing about staying 100% compliant for this last week. Surprisingly, it's been easier to avoid off-plan foods. Somehow giving myself permission to cheat a little here and there has made it less tempting to do so. My big cheats have been rice at one meal, a little bit of butter, and about a Tbsp of cheese in my eggs one morning. It hasn't made a difference in how I feel physically, and my food choice habits have definitely changed a lot.

Day 24. I don't feel over it, but I'm nervous to find out how much weight I've lost. Clothes feel a little looser, but for how much I weighed to begin with, I was expecting more. My weight loss mindset has always been that if I've put forth any effort whatsoever, I expect miracles, dammit. Lol, yes I know how bad that sounds.
Breakfast: banana w/ almond butter
Lunch: pistachio crusted salmon, sliced cucumbers and mini peppers, orange
Day 25. I took my cat to the vet yesterday and am allergic to her. She is 14 and I didn't know I was allergic til she was 10. I try not to touch her but had to. So my allergies are pretty bad and I have a sinus headache and my ear hurts. I want to eat! Starbucks would be my preferance, lol
I powered through yesterday with PMS and not cheating. I am so sick of the monkey salad for breakfast,but lunch is mashed potatoes and balsamic roast. Dinner is grilled chicken and broccoli. It will be almost 70 here today!

Day 28
I am not over it, but I do wonder what if I added a splenda to my coffee, its just 3 more days??? I love to cook so I am not tired of the food because I really to make a large variety of stuff.
I'm definitely dreaming more and more about a nice glass of wine at the end of the day or a lovely slice of toast with almond butter for breakfast (I think I'm making the permanent switch from PB it's so yummy!)
I'm sad I won't be able to drink any of our delicious homebrew for the Super Bowl. Or try any of the yummy treats our friends are bringing. But c'est la vie.

Day 24
I'm not feeling over it just anxious about what's next. I did the reintro last time so I know what impacts my body. I want to add back in beans and alcohol. I feel like if I have something else non compliant it will be like a gateway drug and then I will fall off the bandwagon completely. So I just need to figure out what works for me!
i am dying to step on the scale. I know I have lost inches. I only lost 6 lbs last time so I'm not expecting too much weight loss, but still I want to see!
I just discovered caramel icing onions and then pouring basalmic,vinegar over them and reducing it. MDH raved about them. They were mighty yummy. I am struggling a bit with feeling bad. I don't think I am eating enough carbs. I love veggies and am not a huge fruit person. And most of the veggies I eat are lower carb, spinach, spring mix, cabbage. So I bought a box of clementines and had one with breakfast and one with lunch and today was so much better!
