Day 26 and the I can see the dairy/booze light at the end of the tunnel.
As much as I have complained though this has been very eye opening. I am down about 10 lbs, have less tummy, my pants fit better and I am curious how long I can go saying no to other things.
I certainly can't wait though to open a menu and get whatever I want. I passed up booze at two open bar events this month
Day 25 for me. I feel great- my pants today are pretty loose and I've had some people comment that my face is looking thinner. I don't want to go overboard and go right back to the way I was eating...but I do plan to splurge a bit here and there. I can't wait to have a glass of wine and a caramel macchiato!
Day 26. I am feeling much better today, headache wise. Today will be easy. Tomorrow is my birthday! I am planning on cheating a tiny bit. I am getting a filet, and veggies at a restaurant and I love the salad that has corn and honey mustard. I plan on getting the salad with no cheese. DH usually makes me a bday breakfast, but all I eat right now is the monkey salad, so that won't be happening. And I will be having no dessert.

This might make sound like an ass, but remind me again why monkey salad is your only option for breakfast?
Still not that close to finishing. Sad I won't be able to enjoy a nice beer for the Super Bowl B - egg, veggie, bacon casserole, butternut squash, coffee Pre-workout - chicken, avocado, nuts E - 6M tempo run L - Chicken, kale, lemon soup, banana, almond butter D - carnitas with salad, avocado and tomato, fruit

Day 25. I have PMS, so I'm a little bloated, but I haven't had any big cravings for chocolate or junk food like I normally would. That is a big change for me!

Day 29
Yay its over tomorrow!!! I feel great! I know this weekend will be difficult with 3 parties, I know what my triggers are and I know that starting Monday I will eat this way again (but less strict on the weekends).
Feeling good. A little bored with meals, but that's because I haven't had a chance to plan much this week as me and my daughters have all been sick.
We're thinking about moving up our visit to the snow to this weekend instead of next, so that might throw a wrench in our Whole30 works. Not sure how easy it'll be to stay compliant on the road, but we'll try.

I think I am intolerant to eggs, which I discovered during this whole 30. I have no desire for dinner food and don't have enough leftovers except for lunch anyway.
