I'm working on my performance review today. I've been here less than 2 months

Haha! I'm a little surprised they make you do it that early. Will you get a raise?

Although I did have to do a full 90 day performance review that is almost the same as our 1 year review when I joined this company. Between that and 360s that they do in the summer, there is a lot of reviewing going on. I get my yearly review (well, 10 months for me) next week and I'm both looking forward to it and anxious at the same time.

That's kind of random. I know when DH started his job in Janaury and they had performance reviews in March he did not have to participate in the review process that year.

Hopefully you get a raise to go along with the review.

I actually might get a raise! The last time I worked here, they did reviews the month that you started, but supervisors had to send in recommendations for raises in January. At the time I started in October, so my raise was approved in January and disbursed after my review (assuming I didn't suck). I guess now they've altered timelines.
