Today my H and I are eating lunch together and that's exciting. He's been sick for almost a week so he's been quarantined lol. Tomorrow I'll workout, get a lip and brow wax, and then have no plans at all. Sunday we're trying another new church and then I'll grocery shop and chop veggies for the week.
I just ate Salsbury Steak with gravy for breakfast, so I'm a pretty happy camper today. I made this recipe last night and even my non-paleo/W30 family gobbled it up. My daughter even licked the gravy off of her plate. Yeah, it was that good!
Thank you for this! Love something new to try.
It's day 27! I didn't cave and use the Silk creamer I bought (has cane sugar) so I'm proud of myself but my coffee was nasty so that's a bummer.
H is going to grocery shop today and I'll meal prep tomorrow. This should keep us on track next week even after W30 is complete.
B - banana and cashew butter L - H is off (I WAH) so he's going to make eggs over red potatoes. I'll figure out something for a fat. D - steak and shrimp fajitas

superduper, I'm definitely putting that salisbury steak on the menu soon. Thanks for posting it!
Day 26. No big plans for the weekend. I've already meal planned for next week, and everything is whole30 except for Saturday night. DH and I are going out to dinner. I'm going to stay on plan for the most part, but maybe have a glass of wine.
Breakfast: banana w/ almond butter
Lunch: TJ's spicy Italian chicken sausage (so good!), green beans, mini peppers and an orange
Dinner: brisket, sweet potato, whatever random veggies we have
Tomorrow we're taking our daughters to the snow for the weekend. It'll be my toddler's first time playing in it. I'm nervous about trying to stay compliant on the go, so we'll see how it goes. Eek.

Day 26 Nothing really planned for the weekend which is nice! I keep stalking IG and the W30 forum for results. There are some pretty inspiring stories and pictures. That Salisbury steak recipe looks wonderful! I'm excited to try some new recipes for the super bowl.
