I tried asking my HR department and they couldn't help me, so I'm hoping you guys can.
I am enrolled in a high deductible health care plan, with a $3k deductible and a $5k max OOP. My prescriptions are not covered until I meet my deductible, at which point there is a 20% co-pay up to a certain limit, depending on the medication.
I have also met my deductible and OOP max. Will I still be required to pay the co-pay for prescriptions or will they be completely covered?

without knowing all the details about your plan I can only state how it works under my HDHP with Med adn Rx unbundled. Once I hit my OOP max then I don't pay for anything - no $ for Rx, nothing for appts - zero dollars. but it takes a little bit of time for our company to reconcile the Rx and the med to the deductible and oop max - so they told me wrong first. but the one oop max should be all you pay.
