I was just watching the weather and they are saying we're getting another foot of snow on Monday. Seriously, I can't deal with this. I have way too much work to do at work and I need help, which I can't get working from home. I'm so behind and my boss is starting to get annoyed at me. This sucks.

I'm at work on Saturday because I'm so behind due to the snow last week! I can't handle anymore snow days for a few weeks!!!

Ugh!!! I'm so aggravated with this snow. I wish I had paid attention to the weather before today I would've probably made some time to go into the office today or tomorrow. I can't work from home on my stuff so this is getting problematic to say the least.
Well they have already closed school tomorrow around here. We have a parking ban for tomorrow, and thus, I will be working from home. Can't park on the street = can't go to work.
Yeah, all the local are schools seem to be closed. They won't announce if we will be closed until tomorrow morning but if we're really looking at another foot then I think they will.

We are open, and I have a program in. Fortunately, my two staff live close-ish, and they should be able to get there either by public transport or Uber. I told them I'll be there when I can. I figure I'll leave at 6:15 and get there when I get there. (We start at 8, but catering comes between 7 and 7:30 to set up.) I'm actually more worried about coming home, especially if it switches over to sleet/ice. Ugh.
Yeah looks like they are still predicting 12-14" for most of the area! H boss already told everyone to work from home. No word from my office yet. I plan to WFH too but I don't want to be the first to email my team!

Not looking forward to this at all. I'm supposed to have 3 clients but I know 2 won't show up. I'll probably go in for the one that may come and assess the situation midday. I was already getting nervous about tax season all these snow days are not happening.

I made it to work!!! The roads are awful. They didn't salt or sand anything from what I could tell, they plowed but I had zero traction. My two morning appointments opted to come other days and I'm hoping my evening appointment does the same so I can get what I need done and get back home. Sadly I don't have a laptop or anything I can work on from home so if I leave its all going to pile up.
They were so, so bad. It was manageable until I got to the Somerville exits on 93- it was like they'd just stop plowing. I'd also like to give a special shout out to the cockopotamii who decided to make 93 a 5 or 6 lane road. Assholes. I took the Pike instead of Storrow drive, and it wasn't much better. I saw a van driving sideways up North Harvard. I have never been so happy to pull into a parking garage in my life. It took me an hour and a half to get here, and I almost wish I'd turned around. I can't believe I have to do that again tonight.

H is all pissed because technically the Boston campus is still open. But he is taking a nap on the sofa right now...so he isn't working.

Thanks, Rock, I'll be ok - the trauma seems to be fading a bit. I didn't really expect it to be this bad, so I didn't pack a bag, but I could have gotten a hotel room if I'd planned ahead. We have dinner tonight, so I'll stay for a bit and try to leave a little after 6. By then, anyone who worked should be home already, and I can take mostly highways home - I can take 93 to 95 and skip a chunk of the back roads in my neighborhood. I'm sure everything will be clearer by then than they were this morning. The snow just got progressively worse as I was driving, and I think the plows couldn't keep up.
I did, however, have the pleasure of listening to a woman tell me how treacherous her commute from Porter was. I don't know how I managed not to give her the bitch please face. I just said, "Yeah, sounds rough," and walked away. *headdesk*
