Day28. I usually make a giant tray of nachos, but if I get snacky I'll make guacamole with some veggies and plantain chips...while watching the Puppy Bowl, lol.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, banana with almond butter
Lunch: leftover brisket with a salad of raw zucchini and red bell pepper tossed with Tessemae's Zesty Ranch dressing.
Dinner: DH roasting a pork shoulder with fingerling potatoes and carrots
I made it. Ignored a pile of stuff at a party but devoured guac and the baked sweet potato chips I brought. No booze or any dairy based anything. I lost my focus for a minute while chatting and grabbed a tortilla chip for guac instead of baby carrots and mid crunch was all WTF but I am not starting over for that.
