Being an H&Fer, you'll appreciate this. Best Super Bowl ever was 2013. A group of 10 of us flew out from FL to Huntington Beach, CA, to run the Surf City marathon. It was on Super Bowl Sunday. 2000+ calorie defecit AND the game started at 3:00. We plopped our sore asses on bar stools and told them to keep the beer and all the food coming!

I'm on a strict low carb before surgery on Wednesday. It will be worth it in the end, but man I want some junk today! I'm settling for hot wings.

I am just hoping the high protein in the wings, chicken breasts, bacon & kielbasa somewhat counter-act the pita chips & Cape Cod potato chips. I told the people at the GD clinic my numbers were going to suck today. We are in Boston. They told me there would be no judgement.

The chicken wrapped in bacon is dredged in brown sugar & chili powder.

And the pita chips, tortilla chips for the guac, and chips for the dip aren't too carb friendly.
