I highly doubt you are going to find anything online. You would need to contact the paper or public library in that area, they may have archives you can access...

This may be possible, but expect to pay for the information. If you're a university student then you may be able to do a fairly inexpensive ILL request for microfiche copies. If not, call a New Iberia library yourself and ask if they could do the research for you. Expect to pay handsomely for this. Worst case scenario (which is reasonably probable given how much work you're asking someone else to do on your behalf) you may be SOL until/unless you can go to a library in Louisiana to look up the articles yourself.

It's probably only going to be on microfiche. If you go in person, I'd call the main library ahead of time and see if they even have access to them. It may well be in a warehouse.
