I had a mini research project on a brand new topic last week. I presented it on Friday and everyone was so positive. I told DH at my last job, they assumed everyone sucked until proven wrong. Now I'm where they assume I'm awesome and give me opportunities to prove it. I'm so glad I reached out to my boss
