Today is first day post w30. B and lunch are all compliant but going out to dinner. It's a sushi place so will stick to more fish / less rice and I am allowing one cocktail.

First day post W30. Though I ate Panera on Sunday. :/
It's H's day 30 so I'll still be pretty on-plan today. I am having half and half in my iced coffee and it's.so.good.
Going out to dinner with friends on Thursday so I don't want to go too crazy the rest of the week because my long term goal is to still eat Paleo and continue to lose weight. (Lost 10.5lbs these past 30 days btw! Woo!)
Question on reintroducing things: Should I just gauge how I feel now that I've had dairy? If I don't notice rashes, bloat, upset stomach, etc. it probably means I'm ok with this type of food? Same with whole grains I assume?

Definitely give it more than one serving. Like, if you feel okay today, maybe have some cheese or something tomorrow. Sometimes there's a limit on how much you can tolerate, particularly with dairy.
Great job GracieLouFreebush1 ! 10.5 pounds is amazing! I only made it to day 20 or 21 and I lost 9 pounds.
Definitely take it slow on the reintroductions! I convinced myself that I would be fine with a little bit of cheese. A few pieces of pizza later, I was not reacting well.

I just started another w30. I made it 2.5 weeks last time. Today is Day 2. Day 1 went well. Although I had a headache already. I don't know if it had anything to do with eating. I didn't drink as much coffee as usual, so that was probably it.
