Did you see there's a new Harper Lee novel coming out in July?   I am keeping my optimism tempered, but I've already pre-ordered it.

She thought it was lost all this time. Unreal. I went ahead and pre-ordered it already, because I don't want to get shut out like I did with the Laura Ingalls Wilder book.

This may be my flame worthy comment of the day, but I found To Kill a Mockingbird to be meh. I do find it fascinating that she only "wrote" the one book and it just happened to become a classic. Well, I suppose it's now two books, but you get my drift.

I think I'll have to go re-read To Kill a Mockingbird. I know I've read it (as an adult, no less) but I do so much reading I can't keep them all straight. Flame worthy: it must move stuck out as something memorable. :::runs and hides:::
