Finally!!!

My capsule endoscopy was finally approved through my insurance!!! I go in on the 13th!

I did! NO CANCER!!!!! My intestines are super swollen though, which means I'm still reacting to something. I have refractory Celiacs for sure and will be closely monitored for ever basically. I now get to see an allergist to see if my symptoms are related to any food allergies, then I start steroids to knock down the inflammation. Thanks for asking! How are you?

Thank goodness there was no cancer!  Hopefully the steroids don't make you feel too crazy and work well.

I'm ok.  I see my GI tomorrow.  My current course of action just doesn't seem to be working so it's time to discuss different options.
