You ladies weren't kidding. I'm so sore and my first workout was on Monday and I'm STILL sore! I realized just how weak I was. I can't even do one real pushup. That is my first real goal. One pushup!
It gets better. The first few workouts of each new stage leave you feeling sooooore, but as you go on, it gets better. And you come to sort of like the pain.

I agree about liking the pain. I know soreness isn't necessarily an indicator of a good workout but somehow I feel so much more accomplished if I can't move the next day. lol.
Ok obviousouly I am out of the loop on things. But what is this workout and where can I find I guess there is a book. I tried to google it but just found people talking about how hard it was and not actually what is was. Can I do this at home? TIA!
I'm still in stage 1 and my legs still hurt from workout A I did on Monday. It's a deceptive program. I look at the list and think how long can these 5 exercises take me and how effective is this. Umm like 45 minutes and my whole body aches!

Same here, I put together the spreadsheets and thought, "this is not going to be enough, maybe I'll add some more lifts or go for a run afterwards.". It's plenty and one of the reasons that I like the program so much is that I don't feel like I'm in the gym forever.

Just a heads up, the amount of time you're in the gym changes a lot after Stage 1. Stage 5 (? the one with 2 min rests) especially is loooooong, especially on HIIT days. Stage 1 is definitely the fastest to get through.
