The only time I went out for fondue was with a girlfriend while I was visiting her in Florida. We took a break in the middle to smoke a bowl in the parking lot so we could maximize our fondue consumption. lol

I have never been to a fondue restaurant but I think it's the pricing that scares me off. I have seen people's bills from The Melting Pot and I always think in my head that it seems overpriced so I haven't gone. Seems like a neat place for a special occasion though, I'd love to see about your at home recipes.

Yeah, the place we go to is pretty pricey, but we only go for special occasions, which is good because they always send discounts for birthdays and anniversaries.

We do fondue at home sometimes, but it's never quite as good!
