It is the suck! Avoid anything with a skin. No peppers, onions, greens of any kinds, beans of any kind, peas and corn. Avoid all whole grains. They have indigestible parts. White rice is fine. No nuts, no whole spices, no seeds.
I live primarily on potatoes with no skins and cooked to death carrots. Kids' cereals and pirates booty are great snacks.
