This is my meal plan for the week. What changes should I make next week? wambam
More vegetables at breakfast. Perhaps expanding your definition of breakfast beyond traditionally breakfast foods.
In general, more food. I think you'll be surprised by how much you can and want to eat.
Yea, I'm struggling with breakfast. I don't like peppers or onions which you would normally pair with eggs. I really like to eat eggs for breakfast and it's easy for me. Maybe add spinach. I'm going to get more creative with dinner next week but just didn't have time this week.

You may find that you quickly tire of eggs. It's a pretty common phenomena during W30. I would encourage you do to some batch cooking and eat non-traditional breakfasts. You obviously don't have to, but it will make your life easier. Trust.

I pretty much survived on spinach omlets for a while. I can't do peppers and onions in the morning either. But like wambam said you start to get tired of it. I am having crockpot brisket and veggies for breakfast today. I also like hard boiled eggs on a bed of spinach with sea salt and a little homemade mayo.
