I have a CW who sits near me that's super annoying. She's been arriving late, leaving early or not showing up at all. When she is here, she's not very productive. Yesterday, after she left early, I heard the big dogs saying she would be fired today if she showed up late.
She got here on time. I'm a little disappointed, but it's a bad time of year to be short staffed.

That's funny. H has a couple train wrecks that he works with too that seem to slide by. Luckily he's not stuck sitting next to them the whole day, they move around a lot.

Lately, she's been talking loudly on her phone all day in Spanish. When she finally hangs up, she says family drama. I've straight out told her to have those conversations outside, if she's going to be so distracting. She doesn't care & keeps doing it.
