I am so not excited about this. I am just not a fan of Spiderman. Plus, they've rebotted it twice, are they hoping the third time is the charm?

I think they should just stop and give me a Black Widow movie.

I would be more excited if it's Miles Morales, starring Donald Glover! :-) But I like Spidey with the Avengers, so I'm more excited for crossover of Spidey into MCU than a new Spider-Man movie.  I haven't actually seen any of the most recent reboot.

I will have no problem if they go this route. But pushing back the first minority & female led films in MCU for fucking Peter Parker will make me angry.

I also want to know what this means for the Spiderverse characters Marvel still owns (they have any characters created in the comics post Sony deal).

If we can't have a Black Widow movie, I'd take Spider-Gwen!

Hmmm...now I'm torn by the rumor that Dylan O'Brien may have been cast as the new Spidey. I love him and think he's an amazing actor and definitely deserves to become a Big Deal, but he fits the mold of prior casting and would probably be another Peter Parker.  Might be announced Thursday!
