Yep, you sure can. You can even color it, stamp it, etc. just like you'd do with a new slab.
I have no idea, Im not sure how concrete is to work with hah. I don't even know who to contact about it! Doesn't it look awesome though? Such low maintenance! Only downside I see is it being so hard, it'd be tough on little ones if they fell.

I haven't, but I work in the decorative concrete industry. FWIW, I want to redo our second story deck and put down wood stamped concrete.
As far as who you would contact, there's a whole host of decorative concrete contractors out there. Just google that and your location and you could probably find something. Be sure to look at their portfolio, get references, and talk to them about maintenance (It's not totally maintenance free. You'll want to reseal it from time to time).
